Get your records!
Locating your records is an essential first step in being able to answer some of the many questions we have about our experiences.
Waiting times can vary considerably, some arrive quickly and others can take several months.
They may arrive via your letterbox, courier or via email.
If your requirements are urgent, make sure to state this in your applications.
There are 3 types of records you can obtain:
1. Hospital Admission records - including pre and post partum period, labour, medications
Where possible apply with your son/daughter - to maximise the amount of information you will receive and vise versa.
2. Welfare/legal documents
3. Mother and Baby home records
